Patient Advice and Liason Service

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides patients, carers and their families, with free, confidential advice, information and support when using NHS services.

PALS acts a single point of contact to make sure that if somebody doesn't know where to turn, PALS is here to help!

PALS provides information and advice about Queen Mary's Hospital and local NHS services in Wandsworth and works with NHS staff to resolve patient concerns quickly and efficiently as well as using patient feedback and experiences to improve services offered.

The Patient  Advice and Liaison Service for Community Services at Queen Mary’s Hospital is being managed out of St. George’s Healthcare NHS Trust since the community services merged with St. George’s Healthcare NHS Trust.
