Introduction
A multi-disciplinary team which includes therapists, dieticians, social workers and nurses who work closely together to effectively manage many of the chronic diseases which affect older people. Staff offer treatment to patients following a stroke or fall. A number of specialist clinics are also available including osteoporosis, dementia and orthogeriatrics.
